2. A detailed pre-questionnaire to generate greater clarity and provide context
3. An overview of the foundational concepts of our method and the science of how your thinking becomes your experience.
4. A 2-fold action plan which provides you with a daily ritual to re-wire your brain as well as the practical steps to move forward toward your goal.
5. Comprehensive written summaries of each session plus suggested additional resources.
6. A take home meditation to help make your goals a reality.

Our Mindshift Package is a 12 month coaching program designed to create radical change in your life by up-levelling your consciousness and creating new habits of thinking, feeling and acting in the world.

Using the enneagram of personality as a guide, we explore how your default conditioning and childhood patterns are keeping you stuck in limiting ways of being or causing anxiety, frustration and resentment. 

Discover who you are at the deepest level and what leaning into your highest potential  looks like for you. We address current challenges and opportunities in the context of creating a meaningful vision for your career, relationships, health and spiritual development. 

Our aim is to create a sustained shift in mindset and level-up your consciousness so that you don’t fall back into bad habits.

Discover your Enneagram type and see how you can use it to increase self awareness and become the best version of yourself. This is a 2 hour coaching session which includes the following:

1. Complete online survey and receive an in-depth typing report provided by Integrative Enneagram 9 (the most accurate report on the market).
2. We will go through the report to ensure that you have been typed accurately and explore what aspects of your type resonate and what does not.
3. We explore what your type means for you in terms of historical conditioning and life situations.
4. We explore how aspects of your personality structure are ruling your life and what you can do to liberate yourself from those patterns.
5. We apply the wisdom of the Enneagram to achieving your goals or overcoming challenges and set out a pathway for ongoing development.

Clarity Coaching is available to past or current clients who are experiencing inner conflict and need a quick re-frame or sounding board in order to move forward with clarity.
